We want you to be happy with SyllabusSlayer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This guarantee applies to subscription plans and credit packs bought through our payment provider, Paddle.
How to request a refund
The easiest way is to use Paddle’s customer portal at paddle.net. You can also email us at Hello@syllabusslayer.com with your order reference and the email address used for purchase. We will process eligible refunds as quickly as possible, usually within a few business days.
What happens after a refund
If a subscription is refunded, your paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period and then downgrade to the free plan. If a credit pack is refunded, any unused credits from that pack will be removed from your account.
